Boat Rental Terms & Conditions
1.No boating license is required for the operation of fibreglass boats equipped with an engine of up to 30 HP, in accordance with applicable legislation.
2.Boat rentals are available only to persons who are at least 18 years old.
3. Rental hours are from 09:30 to 17:00.
If bad weather or a navigation ban issued by the authorities prevents the rental from taking place, your booking will be moved to the next available day. Payments already made are non-refundable. If the navigation ban remains in effect after 2:00 p.m., your rental will automatically be rescheduled to the next available day. Please arrive at our office by 12:00 p.m. on the day of your booking. If you do not arrive by then, your reservation may be cancelled without a refund.
4.In the event of a cancellation by the customer, any deposit or payment made is non-refundable.
5.Prior to departure, all renters must attend the mandatory safety briefing and follow all navigation and safety instructions provided by our staff.
6.All boats are insured against third-party liability.
7.The maximum permitted distance from the coastline is 2 nautical miles (NM).
8.The maximum number of passengers varies depending on the boat model and must not be exceeded.Please consult our staff for details.
9.Before taking possession of the boat, the customer must inspect its condition and immediately report any pre-existing damage or defects.
10. Any damage caused to the boat, engine, equipment, or accessories during the rental period shall be the sole responsibility of the renter and will be charged accordingly.
11.The renter assumes full responsibility for the boat throughout the rental period, including responsibility for the safety and well-being of all passengers on board.
12.Fuel costs are not included in the rental price and will be charged separately based on consumption.
13.The company accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the rental period.
14.During the rental period, the customer is required to consult the area map, follow all navigation instructions, and use the provided safety equipment correctly, always giving priority to the safety of all passengers on board.
